Eagle Security Protection Ltd provides property protection, rapid alarm response and security checks for commercial, industrial and residential properties across the UK. Our nationwide network of SIA-licensed Security Call-Out Responders attends sites when alarms are triggered, carries out external checks and confirms that the property is secure. Responders receive £20 for each completed call-out.

When a security callout or property check is required in your local area, you receive an instant alert through the mobile app.
Review Details Upfront
Before deciding, you can view the exact site address, your distance, and the estimated travel time to the premises.
Accept Based on Your Availability
You have full discretion to accept callouts that fit your schedule or decline if you are occupied.
On-Site Inspection & Guidance
The app directs you to the site and provides specific instructions for that property. You conduct a perimeter walk, inspect access doors and gates, take verification photos, and complete a quick digital check. Most on-site inspections take around 15 minutes.
Instant Digital Submission
Once your checks and photos are uploaded through the app, the callout is marked as complete, and the report is transmitted directly to our central operations system.

Responsibilities
- Follow the instructions provided through the app.
- Travel to the property after accepting the job.
- Carry out the required security and safety checks at the property.
- Take clear photographs of the site where required.
- Complete a short and accurate report through the app.
- Complete accepted call-outs professionally and reliably.
Must Have
- A valid SIA licence for Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Own reliable vehicle to attend local callouts
- Good communication skills and the ability to complete accurate online reports.
- A smartphone with internet access to use the mobile app.
